ムリーニと呼ばれる模様入りのガラスパーツを使い作品制作をしている杉原倫子氏。漆の変り塗り技法を使って、色とりどりの漆器を作る高橋悠眞氏。石川県で制作をしているガラス作家と漆作家の夫婦展です。
今回の展示では、お二人のコラボ作品をはじめ、杉原氏がガラスで制作した蓋物や置物など20点ほど、高橋氏が漆を用いて制作した立体作品、酒器、器、小物類などを60点ほどの出展を予定しております。この機会に是非ご高覧ください。

Michiko Sugihara is an artist who creates works using glass pieces with patterns known as "murrini." Yuma Takahashi is an artist who produces colorful lacquerware using the unique lacquer technique. This exhibition features a married couple, a glass artist and a lacquer artist, who create artworks in Ishikawa Prefecture.
In this exhibition, the couple will showcase their collaborative works, as well as about 20 pieces created by Sugihara using glass for lidded objects and ornaments, and around 60 three-dimensional works, sake vessels, bowls, and small items created by Takahashi using lacquer.
